Thank you for shopping with Furmino. Since our products are custom-made and personalized, our refund and return policy is different from standard return policies. Please review the terms carefully before placing your order.

Custom Products – Final Sale

All of our items are made-to-order based on your requirements. Once production begins, we cannot cancel, refund, or exchange the order (except in cases of quality issues).

  • Please double-check your size, design, text, and shipping information before submitting your order.

  • You may cancel or modify your order within 30 minutes of purchase. After this time, changes or cancellations are no longer guaranteed.

Quality Issues – Free Replacement

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives with a problem caused by us, we will replace it at no extra cost. Qualifying issues include:

  • Shipping damage: Product arrived broken, bent, scratched, or otherwise damaged.

  • Printing or production errors: Incorrect text or design, misaligned printing, or different from what was ordered.

  • Wrong item or size: You received a completely different product or size than ordered.

If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging along with a description of the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement. In most cases, you do not need to return the original item.

Customer Photo Requirements

Some of our products require you to upload a photo. Please provide high-resolution, clear, and well-lit images.

  • If a poor-quality photo is submitted and results in an unsatisfactory outcome, we cannot provide free replacements or refunds.

  • If you’re unsure about your photo, please contact us before ordering—we’re happy to advise.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Within 30 minutes of purchase: You can cancel or modify your order (including shipping address or personalization). A cancellation during this time will receive a full refund.

  • After 30 minutes: Orders are usually in production and cannot be changed or canceled. In special cases, if production has not started, we will do our best to assist.

Promotions & Discount Codes

  • Only one discount code can be applied per order.

  • Codes must be entered at checkout; discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

  • Promotions may have expiration dates or minimum spend requirements. Please review the details of each promotion before applying.
