Image Guidelines for Your Pet Portrait
Great portraits start with great photos. Here's how to make sure your image gives us everything we need to bring your furry friend to life on canvas.
1. Angle & Clarity Matter
- Make sure your pet is facing the camera at eye level.
- Use natural light – outdoors or near a window.
- Keep the photo clear and in focus, showing the full face and neck.
2. Group Pet Photos
- All pets should be in one photo – no separate uploads.
- Make sure faces are clear and not overlapping.
- Keep lighting even across all pets.
3. Things to Avoid
- Blurry or low-light photos
- Side profiles, extreme angles, or covered faces
- Photos with filters, color edits, or beauty modes
- Pets wearing costumes, hats, collars, or accessories
